Canceling an Appointment

This allows us to see another patient that has been waiting for an appointment.  If you cannot come, please call us as soon as you are aware, so we can reschedule your appointment to accommodate your needs.

There is a $100 fee for any non-cancelled appointments.  We ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice to reschedule.
